A calling from God
Pastor Brandt and Staci felt a profound calling from God to embark on a journey of faith and leadership that would lead to Life Church Horizon West.
Our Story
The story behind Life Church.
From a calling in February 2015 to a church family helping people find and follow Jesus in Horizon West and beyond.
The heart behind the story
From a home Bible study
to a church family.
In February 2015, God began stirring a calling in Pastor Brandt and Staci to step into a new journey of faith and leadership. That calling would eventually become Life Church Horizon West.
Authenticity, relationships, service, and generosity were present from the start. They continue to shape Life Church today.
How Life Church began
Key moments in the story.
A group of 12
A dedicated group of 12 individuals joined Pastor Brandt and Staci, sharing the vision and passion for what God was beginning to build. A Bible study in their home became the beginning of a church family.
The first preview service
The home Bible study soon blossomed into the first public preview service at the West Orange Country Club.
Weekly services begin
Life Church officially launched weekly services at Bay Lake Elementary, embracing the mission to be a safe place for people to find and follow Jesus.
A new gathering place
Life Church moved to Water Spring Elementary as the church family continued to grow.
Where we meet today
