Brandt Leich serves as pastor of Life Church Horizon West, where he loves helping people grow in their faith, discover their gifts, and make a difference in their community. He has a heart for developing leaders and helping churches become healthy places where people can connect and grow. Brandt and his wife, Staci, have been married for more than 30 years. They are the proud parents of four daughters and grandparents to three grandsons. Outside of ministry, he enjoys time with his family and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines. Go Blue!

Kaylee Marino serves as Children's Pastor at Life Church Horizon West, joining the team full-time in July 2026. After attending Bible college and spending ten years teaching in both public and private schools, she was excited to step into full-time ministry. With a heart for serving God wherever He leads, Kaylee is passionate about helping children grow in their faith and working alongside Kid Life volunteers as they serve and grow together. As a special needs mom, she is also a strong advocate for creating an environment where children of all abilities feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Kaylee and her husband, Daniel, who serves as Worship Pastor, have been married for ten years and are proud parents of two boys. Together, they feel incredibly blessed to serve in full-time ministry and be part of what God is doing at Life Church. Outside of ministry, Kaylee loves spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book, and anything Harry Potter!
